SERVICES & PRICES
There are many variables when it comes to screen printing, which is why we operate on a quote-based pricing system. Stock garments, number of ink colours, print positions and artwork detail can all affect the price of printing a job.
Check out exactly what we offer in more detail further down on this page. If you're after something simple we do offer great value package deals based on one and two colour prints on Gildan Heavy t-shirts - these are usually delivered within around 10-12 working days of artwork approval and receipt of payment. Can't wait that long? No worries - we also offer a rush-order service and can deliver in as little as 48 hours of artwork approval and receipt of payment. Please note that rush orders are charged at a premium and will only be accepted if we are certain we can meet your deadline without compromising the final print quality.
In a nutshell, screen printing is a fairly labour intensive process which involves getting separate screens (stencils) made for each colour in a design. Each colour is printed by hand using a squeegee and flash dried between colours. Printing is done using a rotating carousel style printing press, and all garments are then individually heat cured once printed to ensure maximum print durability. Invariably, screen prints tend to out-last the life of the garments they are printed on. At present, screen printing is the only form of printing we offer - In terms of quality, flexibility and value, there really is no other form of printing that comes close. Looking for embroidery? Although this is something we do not yet offer, we are able to outsource embroidery from trusted partners, making the buying process much simpler for you. GET IN TOUCH to find out more.
WHY SCREEN PRINT?
Screen printing has been around for a long time and for good reason. Artwork print quality and colour reproduction is incomparable to other decoration methods and the durability of screen printed images usually mean that screen prints out-last the garments that they are printed on.
Screen printing is more suited for higher volume orders. The more you get the cheaper it is per garment! For prices, get in touch via our quote form and we will send you a custom quote - we also offer a wide range of further customisations designed to make your brand stand out from the crowd.
We have a low minimum order quantity, making us a great choice for smaller print runs done fast. We also offer a rush order service for those jobs that needed to be done yesterday. Rush orders will only be accepted if we are certain we can meet your deadline without compromising quality.
Wide range of quality garments from a large catalogue
We have a number of suppliers we use ensuring we can offer a wide variety of quality garments in a range of colours, styles and sizes. Our preferred brands to print on include Gildan, Continental Clothing, Stanley & Stella, B&C Collection, Bella & Canvas and AWDis. However, we are able to order in garments from most brands. Have a flick through some of our favourite brand's catalogues HERE.
Single and multiple print colours and positions
Want something printed in more than one place, or in a number of colours? We can print up to 6 colours per design in a number of locations on a garment. Using our cutting edge colour separation software enables us to reproduce high detail full colour images using our 6 colour printing press. A screen must be prepared for each colour in your design - For example if your design has 1 colour we will prepare one screen, if your design has 2 colours we will prepare two screens, and so on. A set up fee is charged to setup each screen. Sometimes we are able to 'gang up' designs on a screen, which saves you money on set-up fees. GET IN TOUCH and let us know more about your requirements.
Specialist inks and split fountain printing
We tend to print most of our orders using plastisol ink because of it's great coverage and durability. We can print with premium waterbased and discharge inks as well at extra cost. Not only that but we also have a range of specialist inks, including shimmer, glitter, puff and neon inks for that extra 'pop'. Another technique we have a lot of fun using is split fountain printing. This process involves loading a screen with two or more colours to be hand printed simultaneously, which can give a really cool effect, and saves you money on screen setup. Check out some examples below. Prices vary so GET IN TOUCH for a quote tailored to your specific needs.
STOCK LABEL REMOVAL AND CUSTOM NECK TAG PRINTING
Do you want to add those little extra touches to your garments to make them look and feel more finished & professional? One easy and cost effective way to do this is with screen printed neck prints. They are a great way to stand out from the crowd, and are also functional - Many people do not like the feel of woven neck labels and often cut them out. So what do we do exactly? In a nutshell, we screen print the neck tag designs inside the collar of the shirt with your logo / website, t-shirt size and sometimes washing instructions. These are printed in place of woven stock labels, which we can unpick and remove before printing. With most things in screen printing, there are limitations & other things to consider when getting neck prints. To read more about neck tag printing and to get help with getting your neck tag design just right, head over to our resources page and check out the article on neck printing and download our handy artwork template kit. Neck tag printing prices vary depending on order quantity and discounts are available on higher volume orders. Stock tag removal prices start from 25p per garment.
INDIVIDUAL GARMENT FOLDING, PACKAGING AND LABELLING
Want to make your brand look super slick and give it that professional flare? We can individually fold your tees and package them in resealable polythene bags. We then add a size sticker for your convenience. We charge 50p per garment for this service, although discounts are available on high volume orders. GET IN TOUCH for a quote.
